The Cradle of Mankind
A night after which reality has more depth to it
Format
The season is short and the number of dates limited — only a small number of guests a year can do this, so booking well ahead is essential.
A private flight of 40–45 minutes and you are already in the Klein Karoo
An open-air night: no walls, no ceiling, only the stars and the wild around you
Cut off from signal and outside noise (the only channel is a radio; someone hears you 24/7)
A fusion dinner over the fire that you cook yourself: everything is thought through — minimum effort from you, maximum feeling
A Porsche 911 / Boxster in rally trim, prepared specifically for this experience
A road movie back to Cape Town: empty roads → vineyards → a stop at the future-chapel → back into the city
Departure by private plane
A comfortable flight, in a format built for two.
Landing in the Klein Karoo
You are met and shown to your open-air accommodation inside the nature reserve.
Sunset and a fusion dinner
Fire and dinner — you cook it yourself, but everything is thought through.
Primal comfort
No walls and no ceiling — only the starry sky and the wild around you, and yet you are lying in a comfortable bed with good pillows and clean white linen; there is even a bathroom here.
Breakfast without hurry
A short drive to the lodge and breakfast, to gather your energy for the second half of the story.
Changing to a Porsche 911 / Boxster
Rally trim. That rare frame from real life you normally only get in films: you, tearing down a gravel road in a sports car somewhere in the middle of the South African desert.
Road trip back to Cape Town
A carefully built route: empty roads → a stop at the vineyards → a stop at the future-chapel → back into the city.
A note from the author

Konstantin
Founder
Real luxury is not gold and marble. Real luxury is being able to disappear for a while and feel something new. In this experience I suggest you shed literally everything: clothes, worries, roles, social masks and the internal noise we accumulate over the years. For one night at least, try being simply a person in the middle of nature. Naked, as at birth.

Who it suits
Who it does not suit
Why it is rare
This experience is only possible three months a year: December, January and February. That is when the weather allows nights entirely under open sky without the risk of rain. Fewer and fewer places in the world keep this sense of genuine remoteness and of nature close to its primal state. A format like this cannot be scaled or put on a conveyor belt. Which is exactly why one day it may simply cease to exist.
